We have 16 days left until our due date :)

Today after work I grilled up a very tasty meal... grilled veggies (asparagus, red bell pepper, mushrooms, and yellow squash), and a couple of pork burgers.  Everything turned out very well... I really should make veggies on the grill more often.  All I put on them was a little olive oil and some Lawry's seasoning salt.  Yum yum!
Right now our while lilac trees in the back yard are in bloom and smelling good.  We really had no idea what type of tree they were for most of our first year living here, but now we do!  We have a couple of these trees in front of the house and a couple in the back yard.
Right now I'm just getting ready to watch game 6 of the Stanley Cup Finals between the Chicago Blackhawks and the Boston Bruins.  Chicago leads the series 3-2, and hopefully will win the championship tonight!!

37 weeks
Today Elizabeth and our little one are now at the 37 week point of pregnancy.  This means that our baby boy is considered "full term"... even though his due date is not for another 3 weeks.  We can't wait to see him!

I can't believe it's already the middle of June!  That means that in about 3 and a half weeks or so we will have a new addition to the family :)

Today has been a quiet and relaxing day so far.  Elizabeth and I played some ladder golf in the yard, and I did a little bit of weeding in the garden (it still needs a lot more).  We're mostly just waiting in anticipation for the big day to get here!

I won a close fought battle 21-20 in a very good game with Elizabeth.  We made a rule that any time was had a "cycle" where we score 1, 2, and 3 points on our turn that we would then get a bonus point. This extra point on one of my turns ended up being the difference.
Here is my garden.  Four pepper plants and 19 tomato plants.  Also lots of weeds.

Here is another "baby bump" picture of Elizabeth.  We thought that we might as well take the photo outside by our blooming rose bush instead of inside like usual.  Today is a sort of unique day in her pregnancy... some people call it "35/35".  Today marks the 35th week of pregnancy, and there are also exactly 35 days until her due date.  Not a lot else is new around here... just waiting for the big day!  Elizabeth is at a water aerobics class now (which generally helps her sore back).  I made myself some comfort food for supper... tater tot casserole.
